who am I and why London?

In Italy I was a product and set designer, I worked as a creative in many fields between design, ceramic and fashion. I have founded my own brand at the age of 24 and my shop at 27.

Some of my projects have been exposed at Milan Design Week, Cesar Kitchen Showroom Cannes, Pitti Uomo, Art Design Feldrick, Fies Fico, Funky Table, Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche. Chicche - my up-cycle project with ceramic waste was pubblished by La cucina Italiana, Abitare, Living - Corriere della Sera. RAI - italian TV channel presented my up - cycle washing bike prototype LAVANDANDO in a special program called TEMPO & DENARO.

In 2018 I closed everything and I moved to London. I wanted to prove myself that I was able to work in a different language, in a different state, for big realities. I needed to stop for a little, recover my energies, find a job less creative and work for others to find new inspirations and to learn something new.

At the moment I work for Max Mara.

1.0 be social

During university I worked for an art gallery, from then on, my focus has always been on interdisciplinary involvement. After the trilingual Bachelor in Design, I worked as creative director for many social campaigns and shootings. I started using Facebook and Google ads to implement conversions in shops, and in the meantime I developed a new marketing B2C strategy of one of the first fashion curvy e -commerce. At that time Chiara Ferragni still was The Blond Salad and digital media hadn't yet such a big role in marketing as it has today.

2.0 take or leave

I realised soon that felling part of a community on - line was important as off - line, so I started to manage Pop Up & retail events in collaborations with hair & make up artists, nutritionists and fitness trainers for a clothing shop for curvy women. Everything was good, I work as creative and as a buyer of helping my mother ( retailer ) to create the range for her shop, travelling around the Europe to find new plus size brands.
But suddenly she felt ill, and had to stay in the hospital for a long period of time. The circumstances forced her to close the shop, so I decided to keep it open but with a big restyle and a new concept.

3.0 run

At the age of 24 I’ve founded my own ceramic brand and after 3 years was the time of my shop “Negozio Sbagliato” (means : wrong shop). I have worked in retail since I’ve finished my creative studies, but I never quit with design! Actually during this time I realised special dishes in collaboration with chefs and working in store with the clients helped me to develop my own fashion collection in partnership with Italian textile companies.
In my wrong shop I was selling clothes and ceramic, and from the curiosity of some of my customer I started to think a marketing strategy using ceramic workshop in order to reach more customer that were interested in fashion, art and design like me.
